Even if you are self-catering during your staying Argentière, it’s great to know there are terrific restaurants only moments away where you can enjoy delicious food and wonderful, friendly service. Here are three of our favourite local restaurants in Argentière.
Le Stone Bar
This wood-clad bar and Italian restaurant serves an extensive menu of pizza, pasta, salads and other favourites. The restaurant, service and menu are family-friendly and reasonably priced. At peak times we suggest booking a table on the day you’d like to dine. Check out their menu and find contact details on the Le Stone’s website. Le Grenier
This funky restaurant is cozy and atmospheric with friendly service. Decked out with vintage music paraphernalia, it’s a fun place to enjoy a meal. The menu includes a vast array of delicious crepes (sweet) and galettes (savoury) as well as local specialties, burgers and steaks. Check out their menu and find their contact details on Le Grenier’s website. We recommend booking a table in advance, ideally the day before or morning of when you’d like to dine there. La P’tite Verte
We’ve written about La P’tite Verte here previously, and it remains one of our favourite places to enjoy a special meal Argentiere. It’s extremely convenient being less than one minute walk (downhill) from One Le Savoy (google map here). The local cuisine, atmosphere and service are all terrific. We recommend popping in or calling at least the day before, if not 2 or 3 days ahead to book a table (phone +33 4 50 54 54 54).
